We are searching for persons to take senior positions in our sales efforts. We are looking for people who is passionate about technology and can take leadership in developing and managing relationships with sports, media and corporate customers working with Web TV. We the candidates to have a proven track record for delivering on or exceeding revenue goals, ideally from within the enterprise platform or enterprise software sales industry. The candidates must be highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, creative, and possess outstanding communication and negotiating skills. You will report into the International Sales Development responsible for all new business development outside the Nordics.

Responsibilities
• Create, implement and own a sales pipeline to manage customer lead intake, outbound activity, prioritization and metrics for measurement of deal status.
• Commit and achieve sales goals each quarter.
• Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships at C-level, VP and Director-levels across companies and across industry categories.
• Continuously grow revenue via increased reach and penetration across numerous content owner accounts as well as sales of new and incremental services.
• Work closely with business affairs and marketing to structure and negotiate optimal deal terms.
• Work closely with the Head Office in Sweden share learning across key customer accounts.
• Participate in the development and vetting of new product development opportunities.
• Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
• BA/BS in sales, business management or related field
• 3+ years experience in sales/business development, ideally for a leading software or enterprise platform sales company
• Proven track record
• Demonstrated ability to instigate, carry through and close deals
• Demonstrated ability to be creative and think outside the box in terms of deal structure and framework
• An ability to assess client needs effectively and address needs through new products and services
• A proven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals
• Hands-on approach to tackling tactical as well as strategic work
• Strong technical knowledge and appreciation
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lemonwhale is looking for an exceptional individual to take a leadership position in our sales and business development efforts. The right candidate is someone who has demonstrated experience selling technology solutions and in managing an Inside Sales team. This person must have a proven track record for delivering on or exceeding revenue goals, ideally from within the SaaS platform sales industry. The candidate must be highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, creative, and possess outstanding communication, leadership and negotiating skills.
MISSION
Provide leadership and drive alignment between sales groups to optimize lead value
Create and manage a team environment and collaborative culture that supports Lemonwhale’s overall strategy and goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, implement and own a sales team’s pipeline to manage customer lead intake, outbound activity, prioritization and metrics for measurement of deal status.
• Achieve sales goals each quarter.

• Continuously grow revenue via increased reach and penetration across numerous content owner accounts as well as sales of new and incremental services.
• Create a team environment and collaborative culture where Express Sales Reps, Account Executives and Account Managers routinely communicate in order to provide clients with the right solution for their budgets.
• Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation strategies; understand how strategies and tactics impact sales success.
• Manage the team that will qualify high volumes of inbound requests.
• Work closely with the Account Management and Customer Support team to share learning across key customer accounts.
• Participate in the development and vetting of new product development opportunities.
• Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-7+ years experience in technology sales, ideally for a leading SaaS company.
• 2-5+ years experience managing an Inside Sales team.
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage an inside sales team, manage the team pipeline, coach individuals during deal negotiation and carry through and close deals.
• Demonstrated ability to implement tactics and strategies around lead qualification.
• An ability to assess client needs effectively and address needs through new products and services.
• A proven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals.
• A proven ability to demonstrate a solution over the phone/web conference.
• Hands-on approach to tackling tactical as well as strategic work.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
LOCATION
This position is located in our Stockholm and New Delhi premises.
